Conversation log + shared photo

Link WhatsApp and sign in with your Autodesk account to access your projects.
Select the site groups to track, map them to a project, and choose Files or Issues.
New messages from your configured groups flow into Autodesk while the team carries on in WhatsApp.

For a Files destination, 1SiteLog archives conversation logs and supported shared media in the project’s WhatsApp folders. For an Issues destination, messages create issues and replies to linked messages become issue comments. You choose the destination when mapping a group.
Yes. You select the WhatsApp groups to track and configure their Autodesk project mappings. Use dedicated site or trade groups to keep project records relevant.
A WhatsApp account with access to your site groups and an Autodesk account with the necessary project permissions. Issues mappings also need an issue type. Sign in to open the setup dashboard, or contact us for help with your project.
